The Chaos Computer Club Luxembourg (C3L) is a non-profit organization, which is acting actively since 2008. Consisting of hackers, we have declared our objectives in defending the freedom of information, our rigths as citizens and humans, as the right of privacy.
The latest updates of our activities and organization can be looked up here.
Small in numbers, but visible on the terrain, we'd like to describe ourselves. As an NPO we have set ourselves some objectives we'd like to accomplish. Either the ambitions result in projects or events. Some of our biggest accomplishments are:
|BigBrother.lu||Mapping as much CCTV systems on .lu territory as possible||Active|
|cryptoParty||Securing everybody's data communications made easy||Active|
|Tor Hotspot||Tor + Rasperry Pi = OnionPi||Done|
As we are not hiding in some dark place underground, we are out in the open spreading the word about our thinking and doings. As chaos is a part of us, so it is in our schedule, meaning: we try to document every activity as good as possible in our calendar, but this doesn't work out to perfectly.
C3L is a non-profit organization focusing on Freedom of Information, ITS, (R)education and so forth. As we are growing slowly, but surely, an internal structure was needed to keep track of our flow.
Since the members are being put on the same level as the committee and the General Assembly & statutes are our highest laws, we are proud to have a very flat hierarchy. BTW, our bureaucratic activities have a a level of 0%.
