The meeting will take place at Rif's place. Rif lives at Avenue Guillaume 13b (Belair), 1651 Luxembourg. Confusingly the entrance to the building is actually just round the coner on Rue Albert Premier under the scaffolds. Bus 7 stops at the corner.
